Pre-registration is now closed. For those who would like to watch the streaming, the registration will open again at 9:00 AM KST (UTC +9), August 11(Thu). To join us in person, register onsite during the conference. The registration area will open from 10:00 AM to 6:50 PM on August 11 and from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on August 12.

For registered members, it is free of charge to enjoy all the contents of AP VALVES & STRUCTURAL HEART 2022 . If you have not registered yet, click here.

You will receive a registration confirmation email once completing the registration on our website. Please make sure to enter the correct email address when registering and check your spam folder if you haven't got the email.

As of August 4 (Thu), the cancellation is closed.

The modification will be unavailable till 9:00 AM KST (UTC +9), August 11(Thu). To modify your information after then, change your info and click the "modify" button on My Info. Note that information on name badges will not be updated even if you modify information.

AP VALVES & STRUCTURAL HEART 2022 will be brought to you online on August 11(Thu)-12(Fri). If you have registered, please log in to our website to access the streaming service on August 11 - 12. To register to watch the streaming, visit our registration page, opening at 9:00 AM KST(UTC +9) August 11, and complete registration. Note that only offline attendees will get a certificate of attendance.

As the registration does not come with accommodation, all individuals are required to book a room by themselves at the hotel of their choice. However, to provide convenience to attendees, we are offering a discounted price for a few hotels nearby. To learn more about the offers, click here.

Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and changes in visa-waiver/free program, all attendees are advised to contact the Korean Embassy or Consulate in their countries to check their visa requirement and eligibility for the quarantine exemption with submission of a pre-departure/on-arrival PCR test. Information on visa requirements is briefly addressed here on our website.

Once you complete the registration, you can go to My info to download and print the invitation letter and letter addressed to Korean Embassy to clarify your purpose and duration of visit for visa application. Both letters include your passport no, full name, and address that you provided on registration.

Register online by August 3(Wed), 2022, or on-site during the conference. Once you complete the registration, you will get the confirmation email shortly and details of our conference and check-in process will be delivered to your inbox before the conference.
